Phyllis Fulmer

Phyllis Mae Fulmer, 94, of Belvue, Kansas, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Valley Vista Good Samaritan Center. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Campanella and Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego. Pastor Cindy Neill will be officiating. Phyllis will lie-in-state prior to the service beginning at 3:00 pm, and the family will greet friends from 6:00 pm until service time. They suggest memorial contributions to the Belvue Cemetery, which may be sent in care of Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home, P.O. Box 48, Wamego, KS 66547.
